The notary does not give legal advice, interpret documents, or decide whether a person should sign. The goal is to protect all parties from fraud, ensure the document is trustworthy, and provide an added layer of authenticity through an official seal and signature.
- $5/ per signature + $0.75/mile after 5th mile traveled (Rush Notice/Weekend Signatures +$50)
Apostille Courier
This service helps people get their documents ready to use in another country. The courier brings your papers to the Illinois Secretary of State, where they get special approval called an apostille. After that, the documents are picked up and returned to you safely. This saves time and helps you avoid long lines and confusing steps.

Loan Signing Services
During a loan signing appointment, the notary verifies the borrower’s identity, guides them through the document set, and ensures every signature, initial, and date is completed correctly. The notary presents each form, explains its general purpose without giving legal or financial advice, and clearly indicates where the borrower must sign. The notary witnesses signatures, completes the required notarizations, and checks the entire package for accuracy and completeness before it is returned to the title company. The goal is to provide the borrower with a smooth, organized, and stress free signing experience while remaining neutral and professional throughout the process.

Field Inspection & Document Delivery
A field inspector visits homes or businesses to take photos and answer simple questions about what they see. This helps lenders, insurance companies, and property managers know the condition of a place without going there themselves. The inspector can also deliver important documents to the right office or person, making sure they arrive safely and on time
